I could not pass up sharing this simple smartphone ( Blackberry, iPhone, Droid etc) Speakerphone Enhancer. I wish I would have thought of this – This really is a quick and dirty (only if you leave the glass dirty) Solution that really works. I can’t believe how well this works. I tried it today and the sound is increased – Now this is not hi-fi – But it works in a pinch when you need a little extra boost. Make sure to put the speaker side down – The bottom of the iPhone down. This causes an echo chamber and increases the volume of the sound. Just a little quick and easy solution. Great from when you are away from your regular speakers or dock.
But if you want a little (Well a lot better speaker system for your iphone – I would suggest checking out this page at amazon: Iphone Speaker Docks.

I really love my music – I carry it pretty much everywhere I go – I have a Archos 605 Media Player (It is one of the best around) Besides having an iPhone as well.
Recently I added the SRS Audio Sandbox on to my PC to add depth to all the sound and music I play on the computer – I will be writing a more detailed review in the future about this. But in the mean time – If you don’t have it and want your music to really pop – I fully recommend purchasing it for your PC.
This gets me to todays information – Virtual Sounds or Auditory Illusions – I recently came across this Page @ One Mans Blog – about getting a Virtual Haircut – This is amazing recording – They are recorded using what is called Holophonics - I recommend using headphones or the SRS Labs Audio Sandbox – Or even better the SRS Labs Audio Sandbox with Headphones with its headphone 360 mode - All I can say is WOW – These are really cool and fun to listen to.
This got me to thinking about some recording my dad used to have and play on the record player – They are the Phase 4 Stereo Recordings from London. I found out you can purchase some of them at Amazonand I am currently listening to Mantovani by Mantovoni as I write this entry. Amazon list quite a few – and many are only available on LP – To listen and record these you will need a Record player – I recommend using the either of the following two units from Amazon – ( Audio Technica AT-LP2DUSB LP-to-Digital Recording System with USB ) or ( Ion TTUSB Turntable with USB Record ) I use the Audio Technica one – I don’t own it but I get to borrow it from my brother. Plus don’t forget to check out your local library for some of these records – some are able to be loaned out for your listening pleasure.

Just playing around with the iPhone - and downloaded a great relaxing iPhone App – called Ambiance - This gives you about 20ish environment enhancers. (Rain, Rain on Tin Roof, White Noise, Pink Noise, Ocean, Stream, and Many More) It has to be the best 99 Cents I have spend for the iPhone. I used it several times today – This morning on the bus I started the white noise plugged in the earphones and was able to enjoy the rest of the ride into work in total peace. Now the software alone is not good enough to block out all the noise that is why I would not trade my shure earphones for anything else.
I also got to use it at work this afternoon when I was doing a bunch of work on a group of computers and I popped in the earphone and was able to block out all the office noise and concentrate on all the work at hand.

Do you need directions to some place and don’t want take some paper printouts with you? Would it not be fantastic to have this info on your IPOD or Iriver MP3 Player. Well now you can. These images can be put onto anything that allows you to view GIF images. I tried this on my iRiver H340 and it works. I have not tried this on an IPOD but I am pretty sure it will work there as that is what this site is all about.

I have been reading the satellite radio forums lately about all the new products – I wish I had one of the new Pioneer Inno Radios – They are so sleek looking. They look like a really nice MP3 Player with Antenna. But like any MP3 player you need to protect it from drops, bangs and scratches. So to the rescue is Speck Products – and their cases for both the XM Radio
Inno and Helix.

Well – the ruling is out – The Beatles lose to Apple Computer – The judge ruled this morning that the company had not breached trademark agreements because the image was used for its store and not for any Musical operations. Of course the Beatles will appeal this decision, but they have to pay Apple Company court costs.
