The Ultra Hight Capacity - Expedition and Adventurer

The Ultra Hight Capacity – Expedition and Adventurer

Here is a project I can get behind. I have backed about 10 different Kickstarter Projects and this is another one of their amazing ideas put into actions. I am backing the Ultimate Backup Battery.  There are three different units. I backed the 11,250 mAh Battery pack. It is stated to only take 4 to 6 hours to charge and after fully charged it can charge an iPad 1.5 times and an iPhone 7 to 10 times. This unit can last between charges too. I read on their Facebook page – a 6 week test – from freezing to 120 degrees and different altitudes. The unit only lost 1/4 of its battery power. This is mainly due to the slight circuit that checks the battery usage. I used to use the Zagg Spark – but after using it for about 9 months it failed to do any charging. They were nice enough to replace it – but the replacement unit soon failed too.  3 days past their warranty period for the replacement and I was told I would need to purchase a new one.  I loved having a nice battery pack around. Long Drives, Sitting outdoors listening to music, may places there are no outlets. So I am placing an order for the Ultra – HighCapacity “The Expedition” with dual outputs. I think I am going to order the Black one. To allow me to make a few nice vinyl cut stickers to place on the unit.

New Wallet Spotted Last Night – The All-Ett Wallet

Posted on August 12th, 2007 by Merlin.

I have seen this listed in a few forums I read as a great wallet and that it is the worlds thinnest wallet available – Well Believe all the hype. My friend who bought this all-ett wallet had a ton of credit cards – library cards – drinking club card – grocery club card – Sam’s Club – Costco Membership – Gym Membership Card – I believe he had about 15 total cards and it was smaller then my regular wallet. He did take out all the cards and money to show me how paper thin this wallet really was. I was amazed at the quality that went into making this all-ett wallet beautiful stitching around and re-enforced areas to prevent this from failing. I am pretty sure this wallet will hold up for quite a few years as this is made from sail material and if it can withstand the rigors of sailing I am pretty sure it can withstand the back pocket – They are listed as being able to last 3-5 years.

Here is a photo of the ALL-ETT Billfold — Link to Purchase from Amazon

Cool Product for the Office – Paper Email

The Paper Email PadYes you saw that right – PAPER EMAIL – now you can have paper email in the office instead of those little pink pads that people write their memos on or while you were out pads. This is just a fun replacement for some of your office supplies that you normally take for granted. Honestly I think this pad is easier to read then the standard pink telephone call memo pad. Plus this Give you all the information in a standard format (EMAIL :-) )

Just something to have some fun with while at work.

Winter Blahs

Right now I am just going to write a small brief post as I just wanted to get this off of my chest.

Officially – I Hate Winter

Easy enough – It is too cold here Right now it is 12 Degrees and it went up to a high of 21 degrees. (Party in the Tropics)

I had no problem cleaning off my vehicle – The hard part was being blocked in with all the snow the snow plow man (Sorry – Person) pushed up against the side of the vehicle. Plus then we had freezing rain and the "Snow" became a mound of Ice Encrusted Snow. Too many hours trying to dig the vehicle out of the snow.

I just want a Calgon Moment or even better look online at the travel sites and order a nice hotel room where the temp starts with a 8 and it is not a single digit.

Boy right now I could use a nice hot tub, with a ocean view, as I listen to the ocean's surf crashing on the  beach. Ahhh

 Hot Tub with Beach View

Or even something like this Beach View.

The Beach - Alone in the Warm Sun

Hmm – Where did I put that number to the travel agent – I need to book a hotel room soon and thaw out.

Price Proctectr - Hands you money back - SortaHow many times have you seen the guarantee that you will get the lowest price around even if the price drops in the next 30 days you will get the money back. Well how often do you actually keep looking at the prices once you purchase the item. Well that is where Price Protectr Comes in handy. This is a free service that allows you to watch prices for the following companies:

Amazon, Backcountry.com, Best Buy, Circuit City, Costco, Future Shop, Jenson USA, Office Max, Sears, or Target

I know I use quite a few of these to purchase items. I think I have only once checked the price afterwards to make sure the price didn't drop and that was by accident seeing it in a weekend sales catalog. I can see this being a very useful service and time saver. To use this service it only takes a few minutes to setup the alert then all you have to do afterwards is to check your email as you normally do. (Well I hope you check it regularly Cool

Thats it a quick and easy way to verify that you got the best price and make sure you take advantage of the best price for the upcoming month or so.

Thanks Price Protectr
