Simple iPhone Speaker Enhancer - Low Tech

I could not pass up sharing this simple smartphone ( Blackberry, iPhone, Droid etc) Speakerphone Enhancer. I wish I would have thought of this - This really is a quick and dirty (only if you leave the glass dirty) Solution that really works. I can’t believe how well this works. I tried it today and the sound is increased - Now this is not hi-fi - But it works in a pinch when you need a little extra boost. Make sure to put the speaker side down - The bottom of the iPhone down. This causes an echo chamber and increases the volume of the sound. Just a little quick and easy solution. Great from when you are away from your regular speakers or dock.

Cool Tool - The Smart Wallet

Ok I just got to play with another cool wallet. My friend Don had this and I had to look it over and see what it was. Don said he loves using this wallet as it keeps everything together without much fuss. Has his drivers license, debit card, health insurance card, and frequent player card to one of the casinos. I have seen these for sale on TV but Amazon has them now. Check out all the great comments. All I have to say is this is neat and usefull! I am buying one today!

Computer Controlled Beer Tap?

Ok I want one of these - Seems this older PC is now seeing better times - Looks like they recycled an old pc into a nice new PC with beer tap. I would like mine with Palulner. Mmm Good beer. So what is your favorite blend of Hops, Yeast, and Water? As I just mentioned one of my Favorites is Paulner Beir from German, I also enjoy savoring the flavor of a nice hand crafted Micro Brew like Golden Monkey from Victory Brewing, or even a nice flavor infused beer like Lindeman’s (Love the Cherry, Raspberry, Apple - OK I love them all) MMM Beer - Ben Franklin Said it best - “Beer is living proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.” -

My Interest in NLP and Video to watch

I have always been interested in NLP and it use. NLP is Neural Linglistics Programming - But instead of me trying to explain what this is here is an excerpt from Wikipedia on the concept of NLP:

NLP is based on the idea that with our senses we are able to perceive only a small part of the world. Our view of the world is filtered by our biology, experience, beliefs, values and assumptions. We act and feel based on our perception of the world rather than the real world. NLP calls each individual’s perception of the world their ‘map’. NLP teaches that our mind-body (neuro) and what we say (linguistic), interact together to form our perceptions of the world, or maps (programming). Each person’s map of the world determines feelings and behavior. Therefore, impoverished - and unrealistic - maps can restrict choices and result in problems.

Now I am going to say I am not sure if this is true or not but many people believe this and use it to its fullest. I first hear about NLP from the CD/Tapes offered by Tony Robbins. A friend of mine bought the tapes and he said they helped him. Well I was interested and did some reading and research on NLP and its uses. I will not go into my personal believe right now. But I do find it fascinating and I just love learning new things. Another person using NLP is Derren Brown. Derren using NLP for performing Mind Tricks on stage and using his way of wording and touching to force people to think of objects and things. Below you will see a sample of Derren using NLP on his TV show to get Simon Peg to change his mind on what gift he wanted. See the YouTube Clip below to see this in action and how it was performed. Pretty interesting and entertaining. Let me know if you wanted the same gift as Simon? while watching listen and see if you want the same item. Some people I have shown this to also wanted the same item. Hmm interesting. So does NLP work or not. You have to decide that on your own. Just something to think about. I might try and purchase a clue as I really need one. But Maybe I should purchase a Vowel as I don’t know when I could use an extra one. You never know when you might run out of vowels. I sure would love to purchase my face on Mt Rushmore but I just don’t have enough cash to purchase that one. And There is no way I am purchasing a Cow Lick. I have enough problems with my hair now. :-)

I am sure they will be sold out of the Electoral Votes as that I think will be quite popular.

Cool Product for the Office - Paper Email

Yes you saw that right - PAPER EMAIL - now you can have paper email in the office instead of those little pink pads that people write their memos on or while you were out pads. This is just a fun replacement for some of your office supplies that you normally take for granted. Honestly I think this pad is easier to read then the standard pink telephone call memo pad. Plus this Give you all the information in a standard format (EMAIL :-) )

Just something to have some fun with while at work.
